Select Billiards’ Video Review:
Build Quality:
This cue features a thin, Maple butt plate, with an extra-long Luxe Leather wrap. The forearm features two points glossy, maple points, set against a matte-black Curly Maple.
The joint is a Uni-Loc with a Predator shaft. The installed tip is a Predator Victory tip.
How It Actually Plays:
- REVO Shaft(12.90mm)
- Hitting the ball with soft speed, the ball hit the far rail at about the .5″ mark.
- Hitting the ball with medium speed, the ball hit the far rail at the .75″ mark.
- Hitting the ball with a firm speed, the ball hit the far rail under the 1″ mark.
Final Thoughts:
This is a great cue for the player who wants a nice cue, but doesn’t want a ton of ornate design. The dominant color is matte black but the little bit of high-gloss, grey maple really makes it stand out.

Greg Bullard –
I don’t like flashy cues. I’m not a fan of bright colors or ivory and certainly not artwork cluttering up a cue. I want the cue to be an extension of my stroke, and to not distract from my full attention on the shot. That is part of why I was first drawn to this cue. After watching the testing video, I decided to give it a try to see if this cue would be a good match for my arm. It turns out-it is. The deflection is very low, the carbon shaft slides effortlessly over my fingers, the long leather grip lets me alter my back hand position when needed (when stretching) without reminding me that I’m doing it. I like the black of the shaft against the color of the felt and balls, as it makes it easier for your eye to aim.
All round, this is a well thought out cue, plays consistently, has the lowest deflection I’ve ever seen, and feels great in your hand.
