Try It
If you’ve never tried a Players cue, we’ve got you covered with the Select Billiards Video Review of the D-LTP. It’s almost like trying it out for yourself!
Build Quality:
This cue has a rubber butt cap. The grip is a back loaded rubberized grip with “skulls” traction pattern. The forearm features a matte black finish with laser etched skulls and spades.
The joint is a 5/16 x 18. The shaft is 13mm with a Pro taper and a Le Pro tip.
How It Actually Plays:
Players Shaft (13mm)
- Hitting the ball with a soft hit, the ball hit the far rail at just a little over the 2″ mark.
- Hitting the ball with medium hit, the ball hit the far rail between the 2.5 and 2.75″ marks.
- Hitting the ball with a firm hit, the ball hit the far rail right about the 3.5″ mark.
Final Thoughts:
This is a great looking cue. I think it’s really cool how the laser-etched butt blends in seamlessly with the rubber grip. It’s a very interesting design.
