Voodoo cues play well and are priced right. They offer a reliable play style with a laser-etched inlay that looks great. If you like the creepy things in life, Voodoos are perfect for you.
This is a quality pool cue at a reasonable price. It won’t play exactly like a high-end Predator but it will hit the ball well and let you keep your focus on the game, where it belongs.
If you’ve never had the chance to actually try an Voodoo cue, we’ve got you covered with the Select Billiards Review of the VOD22. It’s the next best thing to trying it out for yourself!
Select Billiards Video Review:
This cue has a Red stained maple finish on the Butt Sleeve with laser-etched Voodoo logo. The wrap is a black leather which grips to your hand nicely. The forearm has that same Red maple finish with skulls and dripping blood
The cue has a stainless steel collar, with a 5/16 18 pin with a standard Maple shaft. The installed tip is a Le Pro.
How It Actually Plays:
Standard Voodoo Shaft(13mm)
- Hitting the ball with a slow hit, the ball hit the far rail between the 1.5″ and 2″ marks
- Hitting the ball with a medium hit, the ball hit the far rail a little over the 2″ mark.
- Hitting the ball with a firm hit, the ball hit the far rail between 2.5″ and 3″ marks
This cue is creepy, and that’s the point. If you like skulls and that cherry-stained Maple, this is a great choice.
