Build Quality:
This cue is a standard-size, two piece Eliminator style pool cue. It features contrasting dark-wood inlays set against a light wood handle and shaft. The joint is a standard 5/16″-18 pin.
How It Actually Works:
The stroke straighter is a tool used to dramatically improve your accuracy. It works by teaching you how to hit the ball dead center. Anywhere outside of dead center, you’ll immedately miscue and get instant feedback telling you how to correct your stroke.
It does this by using a special conical phenolic tip that is designed only for hitting center ball. If the player shoots even tiny bit off-center, they‘ll miscue and the Stroke Straightener will let them know both by the sound it makes and by vibrations in the cue. Players use that feedback to adjust their next stroke.

I just got this and tried for a few hours. It was difficult for me to shoot with it but that’s the whole point – it’s letting know I’ve been shooting ball too often with english – when I thought I am just shooting the center ball. What a valuable tool that efficiently tells you when you are not hitting the center. After some more practice….it will certainly straighten my stroke. I purchased the Stroke Straightener and have been using it during practice and warm-ups. It definitely helps give immediate feedback when you hit the cue ball off center. I have noticed a improvement on my stroke and game! Nice tool to improve your skills.

Who thinks they can’t hit the center of the cue ball? Like most pool players I’d imagine, I never considered that I was routinely hitting the cue ball off-center. But having practiced twice with the stroke straightener, I am floored to discover that consistently, and I mean every time, I am hitting the cue ball to the left of center. Even when I focus on the cue ball. I have to aim a centimeter to the right to make a simple shot with the stroke straightener. Otherwise I miscue and send the cue ball off to the right.
Glad I made this purchase, it’s uncovered a critical issue in my game and gives me a concrete, easy way to know when it is fixed.
