Build Quality:
This cue features a burgundy butt plate, with six red, wood points. This is a no-wrap cue, which means your hand will stick very well to the handle. Six more points appear in the forearm, leading up to the Micarta joint collar.
The joint is a Uni-Loc pin and the installed tip is a Predator Victory tip.
How It Actually Plays:
- Vantage Shaft(13 mm)
- Hitting the ball with a soft hit, the ball hit the far rail at about the 1.5″ mark.
- Hitting the ball with medium hit, the ball hit the far rail at about the 1.5″ mark.
- Hitting the ball with a firm hit, the ball hit the far rail at right around the 2″ mark.
- 314 3 Shaft(12.75 mm)
- Hitting the ball with soft speed, the ball hit the far rail at about the .75″ mark.
- Hitting the ball with medium speed, the ball hit the far rail at the 1.25″ mark.
- Hitting the ball with a firm speed, the ball hit the far rail at the 1.75″ mark.
- Z 3 Shaft(11.85 mm)
- Hitting the ball with soft speed, the ball hit the far rail at about the .5″ mark.
- Hitting the ball with medium speed, the ball hit the far rail right around the .75″ mark.
- Hitting the ball with firm speed, the ball hit the far rail right around 1.25″ mark.
Final Thoughts:
This is a beautiful, no-wrap cue. This cue will definitely stand out and, of course, it plays phenomenally.
